Job summary

Pier Sixty-Six Resort in Fort Lauderdale seeks an experienced Fine Dining Server for the Orchid Room. Greet patrons, take orders, serve food and beverages, and check member satisfaction to create moments of magic.

Reporting to the Orchid Room General Manager, you will uphold the resort’s five-star standards, provide wine pairings, coordinate with the kitchen, and thrive in a high-volume brunch environment on the lobby level.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in fine dining service
• Hotel and/or club experience preferred
• High School diploma preferred

Responsibilities

• Explain ingredients and substitutions to guests
• Recommend meals and wine pairings
• Serve courses and beverages to guests
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of work areas
• Adhere to Forbes standards
• Handle payments and check accuracy
