Job summary

The Ranch Country Club is seeking an experienced F&B Manager to oversee dining outlets, catering, and pool service. You will supervise staff, ensure exceptional member and guest satisfaction, and lead daily operations with a focus on quality presentation and service standards.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of relevant experience, banquet/event background, and certifications in food safety and alcohol service. Growth potential within the club is offered for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in a restaurant, hotel, or related field.
• Banquet/event experience preferred.
• Food safety and alcohol beverage certification.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Greet members, guests, and employees in a warm, service-oriented manner.
• Maintain high standards of uniform and grooming.
• Hire, train, and supervise qualified staff.
• Oversee dining outlets, catering, and pool service operations.
• Ensure safe, compliant, and high-quality service during events.
• Coordinate staffing for events and review Banquet Event Orders (BEO).
• Ensure proper setup of rooms and service flow during functions.
• Monitor cleanliness and equipment readiness before events.
• Supervise post-event cleanup and breakdown.
• Provide guidance to staff for responsible alcohol service.
