Job summary

The Ranch Country Club seeks an Assistant Food & Beverage Director to support the F&B Director in daily operations and event management. You will lead banquet services, train staff, and uphold The Ranch standards, ensuring flawless member and guest experiences.

Ideal candidates demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and teamwork, with a focus on cost control, schedules, and quality service across all outlets. A fast-paced club environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Must be certified in Serv Safe within 30 days of hire.
• Certified with a State Liquor License.
• Strong leadership and team-management abilities in F&B operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist F&B Director in all daily operations and lead when the Director is absent.
• Ensure adherence to The Ranch standards for front-of-house operations.
• Oversee banquet operations and staff training.
• Counsel and document service staff according to policy.
• Maintain professional appearance and ready-to-serve attitude.
• Coordinate events with Catering Director and manage event billing.
