Qualifications

• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol and possess required certifications.

Responsibilities

• Completes steps of service to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Describes menu offerings, packaging, pricing, and upselling.
• Establishes rapport with guests/members.
• Uses suggestive and upselling techniques effectively.
• Follows cash handling and tip reporting guidelines.
• Delivers beverages in a timely manner and operates POS accurately.
