Job summary

Levy Restaurants is seeking a part-time, event-based bartender for Milwaukee venues in partnership with FISERV Forum, the Milwaukee Bucks, and the Marquette Eagles. The position offers $16.13 per hour and is a union role.

You will provide attentive service, master beverage preparation, and up-sell specialties while maintaining a welcoming guest experience. Candidates should have 1–2 years of high-volume bartending, be able to lift up to 50 pounds, and maintain safety and sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of high-volume bartending experience.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol and possess required certifications.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 50 pounds; stand and move during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Completes steps of service to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Describes menu offerings, packaging, and pricing; upsells where appropriate.
• Establishes rapport with guests and members; provides welcoming service.
• Uses suggestive selling techniques to increase sales.
• Delivers beverages promptly and accurately; maintains clean service areas.
• Follows cash handling and POS procedures; adheres to safety standards.
• Communicates guest issues to management; adheres to Levy policies.
