Qualifications

• Ability to handle cash and operate the bar efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to liquor regulations for minors and intoxicated guests.
• Sets up bars and stocks beer, wine, and spirits; maintains glassware and supplies.
• Maintains fresh garnishes and produces quality beverages.
• Greets guests courteously and takes drink orders.
• Mixes drinks using standard recipes and prudent portion control.
• Checks ID and monitors guest intoxication; enforces laws.
• Processes payments, makes change and records charges.
• Locks and secures all items and cash; performs cleaning and safety tasks.
• Arranges bottles/display for an attractive bar presentation.
• Washes stemware and performs other duties as assigned.
