Job summary

Mainsail Lodging & Development is seeking enthusiastic servers to deliver exceptional dining experiences in its Autograph Collection property. You will greet guests, describe menu items and beverages, and ensure service excellence in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires hospitality experience, strong communication, and teamwork, with emphasis on wine knowledge and guest satisfaction. Join a dynamic team at our luxury Florida-based portfolio.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or higher.
• Previous hospitality experience, preferably as a server.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to use technology (tablets/iPads/computers) and POS systems.
• Beverage knowledge (wine/liquor).
• Ability to work on a team with Front of House staff.
• Experience describing dishes and beverages to guests.
• Ability to maintain a clean, organized station and work efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Serve guests efficiently and courteously following proper service steps.
• Set tables with needed service items (flatware, drinkware, condiments, linens).
• Know current menu items, ingredients, preparations, accompaniments and sauces.
• Bus tables quickly and quietly; ensure tables are clean.
