Qualifications

• 2+ years of server experience in an upscale or fine-dining high-volume establishment.
• Pass quizzes on product knowledge.
• Positive attitude, a sense of responsibility and ownership of the position.
• Knowledge and passion for wine, beer, and craft cocktails.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high level of hospitality and professionalism with each team member and guest.
• Develop and retain knowledge of all food, beverage, and dietary restrictions to answer guest questions.
• Ensure all steps of service are followed.
• Execute opening and closing procedures associated with assigned station.
• Work seamlessly and communicate with all team members.
• Assist to assure guests have a valuable overall experience.
• Handle disputes and/or complaints with respect, hospitality and accommodate special requests.
• Attend Food, Wine and Team training opportunities.
