Job summary

EverTrue is seeking a dining server to provide upscale service in our dining areas, maintaining cleanliness and supporting food prep as needed. You will greet guests, take orders, and ensure a refined dining experience for groups of 16 or more.

Applicants should have 1–3 years of experience in fine dining, excellent communication, and a passion for guest satisfaction. The role includes set-up, service, and post-service clean-up in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year (preferably 2–3) waiting in fine dining or country club venue.
• Ability to read, understand and follow recipes and allergy notes.
• Willingness to perform routine tasks with interruptions.
• Patient and tolerant with staff, residents and families.
• Strong interpersonal skills and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service in an upscale dining environment.
• Take and serve orders accurately and promptly.
• Greet guests with courtesy and friendliness; address concerns.
• Know menu details, allergens, and preparation methods.
• Make recommendations and describe drinks and dishes clearly.
• Assist with dining setup, buffets, and event catering.
• Ensure food is served at correct temperatures and quality is maintained.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and equipment.
