Job summary

The Hilton Milwaukee Miller Time Pub, part of Marcus Hotels & Resorts, seeks a part-time server to deliver exceptional service in a newly renovated setting. You will greet guests, take orders, present menus, and ensure timely delivery while upholding standards of hospitality in a busy, upscale environment.

Applicants should have at least two years of upscale serving experience, strong wine knowledge, and the ability to work Fridays and Saturdays.

Qualifications

• At least two years of serving experience in upscale or fine dining.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for guest needs.
• Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, and food pairings; ability to describe items.
• Proficient in English for guest communication and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, present menus, and guide selections with expertise.
• Take orders and input into POS accurately.
• Deliver courses in correct order with timely service.
• Maintain knowledge of menu, wine list, and daily specials.
