You will guide guests through menus, manage orders, and ensure a polished dining experience, while maintaining knowledge of wine, cocktails, and daily specials. Benefits include meals, discounts, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least two years of serving experience in upscale or fine-dining settings.
• Must be available to work Fridays and Saturdays.
• Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, and food pairings.
• Ability to obtain government-required licenses; TIPS certification preferred.
• Able to carry trays up to 35 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and present menus with professionalism.
• Take accurate orders and input them into the POS system.
• Deliver courses in proper order with timely service.
• Maintain knowledge of menu, wine list, and daily specials.
• Stock and maintain service stations with linens, utensils, and condiments.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and respond to requests promptly.
• Handle payments accurately and follow procedures.
• Perform cleaning tasks to meet health and sanitation standards.
• Follow food safety and alcohol service regulations.
• Assist with bar service or private dining as needed.
