The role requires strong hospitality background, flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and some holidays, and a commitment to service excellence in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role in an upscale, high-volume establishment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure a quality guest experience.
• Open and close the restaurant; manage daily setup/breakdown and FOH side work.
• Provide front door management support and table section maintenance.
• Intervene with guests when needed and be aware of dietary restrictions and allergen information.
• Maintain professional relationships with managers and staff.
