Qualifications

• Proven supervisory experience in food and beverage, preferably in upscale dining or country clubs.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and guest satisfaction metrics.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, schedule, and manage waitstaff, bussers, bar staff and hosts.
• Train staff on service standards and proper dining etiquette.
• Ensure a high level of member and guest satisfaction and promptly resolve complaints.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and communicate special dietary needs.
• Oversee setup, cleanliness, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Assist in planning and executing dining events, banquets, and private parties.
• Monitor dining room supplies and budgets, and report sales as required.
