Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in F&B preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, schedule, and manage waitstaff, bussers, bar staff and hosts.
• Train staff on service standards and dining etiquette.
• Ensure high levels of member and guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate with kitchen for timely service and special requests.
• Oversee dining room setup, cleanliness, and safety compliance.
• Assist in planning dining events and banquets.
• Monitor inventory and manage dining room supplies.
• Support budget tracking and cost control.
• Foster a positive, collaborative work environment.
