Job summary

Tao Group Hospitality seeks a Front of House Supervisor to oversee daily FOH operations at our upscale venues. You will coordinate staff, ensure exemplary guest service, and uphold brand standards across the dining experience.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of supervisory or management experience in high-volume hospitality, with strong leadership and a proactive, guest-focused approach. This role is based in a fast-paced NY environment with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of hospitality supervisory or management experience in a high-volume upscale or fine-dining setting.
• Strong guest service foundation with coaching and leadership skills.
• Proficient with computers (Microsoft), POS, and technology.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates front-of-house team responsibilities to ensure efficient, profitable operations.
• Interviews, hires, and trains new applicants; develops subordinates.
• Schedules assigned departments and ensures adherence to policies and procedures.
• Maintains overall guest satisfaction and addresses concerns promptly.
• Reconciles end-of-shift financials and manages inventory of supplies.
