Job summary

Tao Group Hospitality is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee all venue operations, manage staff, budgeting, and reporting while upholding company policies. You will coordinate recruiting, training, and performance evaluations and serve as a point of contact for guests, ensuring cleanliness, compliance, and high service standards.

This role requires 3–5 years in a high-volume hospitality setting, 21+ age, and proficiency with Windows Office, POS and back-office reporting; occasional travel

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in entertainment/high-volume hospitality.
• 21+ years of age.
• Professional appearance per company standards.
• Knowledge of POS and back-office reporting systems.
• Ability to read/write and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Develop staff through managerial and professional growth.
• Recruit, train, and coach staff.
• Meet sales goals and forecast staffing.
• Ensure service standards and guest satisfaction.
• Oversee cash handling and receipts.
