• Greet guests and describe items with origin, taste, and preparation details to enhance the dining experience.
• Anticipate guest needs, address concerns promptly, and offer proactive suggestions.
• Close guest checks accurately and secure payments, including any voided checks or complimentary meals.
• Maintain knowledge of menu selections and coordinate with management and kitchen to ensure timely service.
• Oversee pool area service and maintain cleanliness to ensure guest satisfaction.
