Job summary

Morongo Casino Resort & Spa is seeking an Assistant Server – Mozen to support the front-of-house team with bussing tables, serving drinks, and assisting servers during food and beverage service.

You will maintain high service standards, ensure guest satisfaction, and help uphold AAA Four Diamond expectations in a dynamic casino dining setting. The role requires teamwork, professionalism, and strong guest interaction skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Food Handler Certification required or obtained upon hire.
• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in a food service support role (assistant server, busser, or food runner).
• Familiarity with fine dining and guest interaction etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Assist Servers by taking and delivering orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve water, beverages, and food promptly with proper presentation.
• Maintain knowledge of menu, ingredients, and presentation standards.
• Bus tables and reset stations between guests for smooth flow.
• Monitor dining area for cleanliness and safety during service.
• Restock service stations and supplies for efficiency.
• Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Communicate with guests, team members, and kitchen for coordinated service.
• Ensure professionalism, urgency, and guest focus in all tasks.
• Verify guest IDs to comply with alcohol service laws and internal policies.
• Perform side work and other duties as assigned to support operations.
