Job summary

Morongo Casino Resort & Spa is seeking an Assistant Server – Mozen to support front-of-house by bussing tables, serving drinks, and assisting Servers with food and beverage service. You will maintain high service standards and a clean dining area in a fine dining setting.

The role requires strong guest service, teamwork, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced atmosphere. A Food Handler Certification is required or obtained upon hire; prior hospitality experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Food Handler Certification required or must be obtained upon hire.
• Additional coursework in hospitality or food and beverage service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests promptly with a warm, professional demeanor.
• Support Servers by taking and delivering food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve water, beverages, and food items promptly with proper presentation.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the menu to answer guest questions confidently.
• Buss, clean, and reset tables between guests to maintain flow and organization.
• Monitor dining area to uphold cleanliness, safety, and presentation standards.
• Restock and maintain service stations and work areas for readiness.
• Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
