You will monitor guest alcohol intake, resolve service issues, and upsell products while maintaining a clean, safe workstation. You should bring strong interpersonal and communication skills, cash handling ability, and familiarity with cocktail ingredients and garnishing.

Qualifications

• GED or high school diploma required with related experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience with cocktail ingredients, mixing techniques and garnishes.
• Ability to count money and handle cash accurately.

Responsibilities

• Provide upscale guest experience by crafting and serving cocktails and drinks.
• Monitor guest alcohol consumption and intervene per guidelines.
• Resolve service issues following established guidelines and escalate when needed.
• Deliver fast, friendly, professional beverage service.
• Maintain knowledge of products, events, promotions and upsell accordingly.
• Prepare drinks with correct portions; garnish and present as required.
• Operate and maintain equipment and utensils per safety procedures.
• Process sales through POS system and ensure accurate cash handling.
• Keep workstation clean and stocked; support customer service standards.
