Job summary

Levy in St. Louis is seeking a Premium Bartender to deliver high-quality cocktails and guest service at entertainment venues. You will greet guests, answer questions, upsell menu items, and maintain bar stock and cleanliness throughout shifts.

The role requires strong communication skills, ability to handle cash and POS transactions, and physical endurance for long shifts. Training and growth opportunities are provided within Compass Group’s network.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and ability to serve cocktails to guests.
• Requisition stock and keep bar area clean for guests.
• Ability to operate POS and credit card machine for orders.

Responsibilities

• Count stock by verifying stand sheet.
• Ensure stand is stocked and cleaned.
• Fill guest orders quickly using POS and credit card machine.
• Check IDs to ensure guests are of legal drinking age.
• Recount stock and update stand sheet with end counts.
• Fill out stand sheet and deposit cash.
• Stand for long periods and engage with guests.
• Move materials and equipment up to 50 pounds.
