Qualifications

• Must have server experience in a restaurant environment.
• Ability to operate the POS system.
• Knowledge of dining and beverage service procedures.
• Knowledge of liquor laws and regulations.
• State Food Handler’s License and Liquor Serving Permit(s)

Responsibilities

• Takes orders and serves food and beverages to guests.
• Enters orders into the POS and relays to the kitchen.
• Assembles food items with correct presentation and temperature.
• Maintains clean, organized dining area.
• Processes guest payments with proper cash handling.
• Ensures adherence to service standards and safety policies.
