Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years property manager experience
• Advanced MS Office skills (Word/Excel)
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Previous leadership experience required
• State leasing license or ability to obtain

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the community including financials, administration, and maintenance.
• Develop and execute marketing and leasing strategies to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Monitor budgets, rent collections and reporting; prepare operational reports.
• Foster resident retention and respond to service requests promptly.
• Coordinate repairs and preventive maintenance; supervise staff and training.
• Collaborate with Regional Manager on budgets and operational guidelines.
