Miramont Country Club in Bryan, TX seeks a full-time Clubhouse Server to deliver exceptional food and beverage service across upscale dining venues and private events. You will greet guests, present menus, take orders, and ensure accurate billing while maintaining a polished dining environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work irregular and extended hours including weekends and holidays.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to read and understand Banquet Event Orders (BEOs).
• Experience in high-volume dining environments is preferred.
• Knowledgeable about club dining operations and service standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, professional, and courteous service to Members and guests across Club dining venues.
• Greets guests, presents menus, answers questions, and recommends food and beverages.
• Takes orders accurately and communicates special requests to kitchen staff.
• Serves courses and maintains timing between courses for a seamless service.
• Maintains knowledge of Club menus, daily specials, wine selections, and beverages.
• Processes orders through the POS system and ensures accurate billing.
• Clears, cleans and resets tables and assists with to-go and room service orders.
• Attends required trainings and staff meetings to support daily operations and events.
