Job summary

Miramont Country Club in Bryan, TX seeks a skilled Maintenance Technician to keep our clubhouse, grounds and facilities safe, functional and impeccably maintained. Reporting to the Chief Building Engineer, you will perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, and coordinate repairs across our properties.

This full-time role requires 2+ years of maintenance experience, the ability to operate heavy equipment, and a dependable schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of maintenance/facilities experience.
• Ability to pass heavy equipment operation test.
• Willingness to complete Club-provided online certifications in electronics and pool maintenance.
• Ability to maintain a consistent and dependable schedule.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs to keep areas safe and well-maintained.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems including ballast wiring, voltage and motors.
• Maintain pool equipment including pumps, motors, valves, and sensors.
• Perform carpentry and drywall repairs as needed.
• Operate heavy equipment (front-end loaders, backhoes, bucket trucks).
• Follow safety procedures and report hazards promptly.
• Keep records and coordinate with contractors and vendors.
