Job summary

Southworth is seeking a Server to join our culinary team. You will greet guests, present menus, take and relay orders, and ensure a warm, attentive dining experience for members and guests.

Collaborating with kitchen staff, you will upsell specials and handle checkout while maintaining a spotless dining area. Previous fine dining experience and exceptional service mindset are preferred; evenings, weekends, and holidays required.

Qualifications

• Previous server experience in a fine dining or hospitality setting preferred.
• Excellent communication and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests warmly to set a welcoming atmosphere.
• Present menus, explain items, and relay daily specials and beverages.
• Take accurate orders and communicate dietary restrictions to the kitchen.
• Serve food and drinks promptly with proper presentation.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order delivery.
• Prepare and deliver bills, handle payments, and provide gracious checkout.
• Upsell menu items and club promotions to enhance dining experience.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
