You will take orders, explain daily specials, monitor safety, and assist with room setups. Prior country club or upscale dining experience is preferred; English proficiency is required, with a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years experience as a Server in a country club or upscale dining.
• Exceptional guest service skills.
• Ability to stand, bend and lift items weighing up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• English language literacy (read/write/speak).

Responsibilities

• Assists and performs all tasks associated with high volume facility presetting, serving, and resetting rooms where food service activities are performed.
• Prepares beverages, alcoholic and non-alcoholic, to order upon request.
• Proficiently take orders and serve members/guests according to club standards and local guidelines.
• Monitors members and guests to ensure safety.
• Assists members with menu knowledge, specials and features.
