Job summary

Qualifications

• Prior serving experience in a full-service restaurant is required.
• Prior high-end club or resort experience preferred.
• Knowledge of menu items and pairings; delivering a memorable guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Present menus, suggest dishes and assist in beverage selection.
• Communicate customer preferences and dietary restrictions to the culinary team.
• Maintain knowledge of all food and beverage items including cocktails, beer and wine.
• Provide a high-level dining experience and friendly, personalized service.
• Help other team members and maintain clean service areas.
