Desert Mountain Club, located in North Scottsdale, Arizona, is seeking a Server to deliver a memorable guest experience in a private country club setting. You will master menu knowledge, recommend pairings, and provide attentive service from greeting to check in a team environment.

Ideal candidates have prior serving experience in full-service restaurants; high-end club or resort background is a plus. The role supports beverage service and a welcoming, family-oriented dining atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Prior serving experience in a full-service restaurant is required.
• Prior high-end club or resort experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Present menus, suggest dishes utilizing suggestive selling techniques, and assist in beverage selection and service.
• Communicate specific customer preferences, dietary restrictions, and modifications to the culinary team.
• Maintain knowledge of all food and beverage menu items, including cocktails, beer, and wine.
• Provide a high-level dining experience with a family-oriented mindset.
• Use name recognition and personalized service to create raving fans.
• Follow the three steps of service—warm welcome, friendly service, and fond farewell.
• Communicate and answer questions about events and club activities in a professional manner.
• Direct feedback and questions to the appropriate manager or department.
• Maintain clean service areas and a professional appearance of all clubhouse facilities.
• Proactively assist other team members and fellow servers as needed.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
