Job summary

Arizona Country Club is seeking a Dining Room Server to join our hospitality team and help create outstanding experiences for our members and guests. This role works in a newly transformed clubhouse, with focus on exceptional service and a collaborative team environment.

The position is part-time, non-exempt, with duties including taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction in a luxury private club setting.

Qualifications

• High-school graduate or GED; may require alcohol serving license.
• Valid Arizona Food Handler’s card.
• Entry level, 1-2 years experience in the service industry preferred.
• Serving experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of liquor, wine and other beverages preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take order and serve food and beverages to patrons at tables in the restaurant.
• Check identification to ensure minimum age for alcohol, maintain knowledge of menu items, enter orders into the POS system, and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Prepare checks itemizing total meal costs including taxes and beverages.
• Clear and reset tables, maintain clean dining areas and assist with service flow.
• Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations; support training and other duties as assigned.
