Blackstone Country Club in Peoria, AZ is seeking enthusiastic Servers to deliver attentive, personalized service to our members and guests. You will greet guests, present menus, take orders, and coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely, accurate service in a private club setting.

This role requires a friendly, detail‑oriented team player with strong customer service and communication skills, and the ability to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Previous serving experience preferred at private clubs or upscale hospitality.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Food Handler and Alcohol Service certifications (or ability to obtain) as required by state or local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests promptly with a warm, professional demeanor.
• Present menus, answer questions, and provide recommendations on food and beverages.
• Accurately take orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Serve food and beverages while maintaining presentation and quality standards.
• Anticipate member needs with attentive service throughout dining.
• Monitor tables, refill beverages, and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Communicate with kitchen and bar staff for timely service.
• Assist with private events, banquets, and club functions.
• Maintain compliance with health, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations.
