Duties include welcoming and seating guests, answering inquiries, managing waiting lists with estimated times, and maintaining table presentation and cleanliness. The host will strive to exceed expectations and support teammates and club staff.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write clearly and communicate professionally.
• Excellent interpersonal and guest service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume club environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet members and guests as they arrive and assist with seating.
• Read, write, and provide waiting times when seating is limited; record guest details as needed.
• Maintain awareness of club standards and communicate policies to members and guests.
• Ensure tables are properly set and presented; maintain cleanliness of dining areas and workstations.
• Work as part of the dining room team to support overall club operations and service.
