Champions Social Club in Dallas, TX seeks a warm, polished Concierge/Host to welcome members and guests, manage reservations, and support the flow of dining and social spaces. The ideal candidate enjoys building relationships and delivering elevated service.

The role is part-time and hourly, with evenings, weekends, and holidays required. Compensation ranges from $18.00 to $20.00 per hour, reflecting experience and club standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Experience in upscale hospitality or high-volume service is a plus.
• Warm, professional, and engaging presence with a genuine passion for hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, polished arrival and departure experience for members and guests.
• Greet and recognize members and guests, assist with inquiries and provide knowledgeable information about dining, membership, and events.
• Manage reservations, seating, waitlists, and dining room flow while maintaining balance.
• Answer calls professionally, assisting with reservations and inquiries.
• Assist with membership information, registration, and data entry into Club systems.
• Maintain awareness of daily Club activities and offerings to confidently assist guests.
• Coordinate with servers, bartenders, and management to ensure a seamless experience.
• Remain composed and professional in a fast-paced environment.
