Catch Hospitality Group in Dallas is hiring a Brunch Line Cook for our upscale / fine dining venues. You will join a team committed to exceptional guest experiences and culinary excellence, cooking the menu items assigned to your station and supporting the kitchen.

This role emphasizes attention to dietary requests, quality standards, and teamwork with sous chefs and the head chef. We offer strong training, advancement opportunities, flexible schedules, and a positive, inclusive work environment.

Formación

• Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients and equipment.
• Ability to work fast and accurately in a high‑stress environment.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Cook menu items assigned to station
• Be mindful of special requests and dietary restrictions
• Ensure dishes meet quality standards and recipes
• Assist sous chefs and head chef in the kitchen
• Dispose spoiled food and other waste material
• Maintain cleanliness and safety compliance in the kitchen
• Report issues with kitchen equipment to management
