Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Excellent understanding of cooking methods, ingredients and equipment.
• Strong communication and multitasking under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Cook menu items assigned to station.
• Be mindful of special requests and dietary restrictions.
• Ensure dishes meet quality standards and adhere to recipes.
• Assist sous chefs and head chef in the kitchen.
• Dispose spoiled food and other waste material.
• Maintain cleanliness and ensure kitchen health/safety compliance.
• Report issues with kitchen equipment to management.
