Job summary

White Lodging is seeking an experienced bartender to join our hotel bar team. You will craft cocktails and deliver exceptional guest experiences in an upscale, fast-paced environment across premium hotels, rooftop bars, and restaurants.

You will demonstrate knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and garnishes while maintaining safety and compliance. This role requires an outgoing personality and a strong team mindset with flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1 year of bartending experience in a high-volume casual environment.
• Knowledge of drink recipes, mixology techniques, and responsible alcohol service practices.
• Must have unexpired Food Handlers and TABC or obtain before start date.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality bar service and build guest connections.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar station and health/safety standards.
• Know the full cocktail menu, beer, wine, ingredients, and garnishes; answer guest questions.
• Ensure consistent quality and presentation of food and beverages.
• Process payments (cash, card, digital) and reconcile end of shift.
