Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in upscale settings.
• Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, sake and wine.
• Natural ability to engage guests and adapt to different personalities.
• Sound judgment and composure throughout service.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and create an inviting atmosphere.
• Prepare cocktails, sake, wine, beer and nonalcoholic drinks per standards.
• Guide guests through the beverage menu and offer pairings.
• Take orders, process payments and assist with front-of-house needs.
• Set up, stock and maintain the bar and monitor inventory.
• Complete opening and closing procedures.
• Follow sanitation, safety and responsible alcohol-service requirements.
