Summary

Provide elevated beverage service in RH's Greenwich restaurant, delivering refined cocktails, wine, spirits, and coffee with attention to quality and presentation. Guide guests through beverage selections and ensure a warm, hospitality-driven experience that aligns with RH standards. Support seamless service flow and contribute to the overall guest experience within the Design Gallery environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present cocktails, wine, spirits, and coffee following RH recipes and service standards.
• Engage guests with informed recommendations, pairings, and seasonal offerings.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and curation of the bar, storage, and service areas.
• Stock, replenish, and rotate inventory including bottles, mixers, glassware, and garnishes.
• Support service flow by anticipating needs, clearing items, and working collaboratively with the team.
• Partner with location leadership on beverage inventory and contribute to service and financial goals.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in beverage production or service, with knowledge of wine, coffee, and/or cocktails.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States and meeting the minimum legal age to serve alcohol.
• Commitment to professional presentation, adherence to uniform and grooming standards.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and variable shifts as required.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including frequent standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, stooping, and navigating busy service areas.
