Qualifications

• 3+ years of bartending in upscale or luxury settings.
• Knowledge of spirits, wine, beer and cocktails.
• Commitment to responsible alcohol service and safety standards.
• Authorized to work in the United States at time of hire.
• Professional appearance and ability to work evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver first-class hospitality and warm service.
• Prepare and present cocktails, wine, beer and spirits with care.
• Guide guests through RH beverage offerings and pairings.
• Maintain a clean, stocked bar and inventory control.
• Process payments accurately using POS and handle cash securely.
• Assist with opening/closing bar operations and security.
• Represent RH as a brand ambassador and engage guests warmly.
• Collaborate with leadership to optimize beverage inventory and minimize waste.
• Address guest concerns promptly and escalate when needed.
• Adhere to liquor laws and RH policies at all times.
