The Bradley at Pyramid Global Hospitality in Fort Wayne, IN, seeks a highly motivated Bartender to deliver memorable hospitality with genuine, personable service from greeting to departure.

You will guide guests through the beverage journey, maintain bar setup, take accurate orders, work with servers and kitchen staff, stock supplies, and present bills promptly, all while upholding our standards of service and guest experience.

Qualifications

• Engaging and welcoming personality.
• Current bartenders’ certification or appropriate license.
• Knowledgeable in the latest trends around mixology.
• Descriptive and able to sell.
• 2–4 years of bartender experience.
• Knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits.
• Able to work under pressure in fast-paced environment.
• Passion for creating an exceptional guest experience.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they arrive or move about the bar area.
• Maintain proper and adequate bar setup daily.
• Guide guests on their beverage journey through menu descriptions.
• Take accurate orders and confirm all special requests.
• Master the bar details to enhance conversation.
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen/bar staff.
• Assist guests to guide them to a resolution that leaves them happy.
• Finalize the experience with timely and accurate bill presentation.
• Stock beer, wine, spirits and keep bar stocked daily.
• Maintain garnishes, juices and perishables to ensure quality.
• Mix, garnish, and present drinks per recipes with portion control.
• Enter orders into POS and create checks for each guest.
• Lock up and store beverages, food and equipment; handle cash drops.
