Responsibilities

• Deliver an elevated dining and cocktail experience from greeting to farewell.
• Describe menu items, ingredients, and cocktail profiles confidently.
• Take accurate orders and serve food and drinks efficiently.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide unobtrusive service.
• Process checks and payments per company policies.
• Maintain immaculate table presentation and station cleanliness.
• Open/close station and assist with side work as needed.
