Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Well-organized with ability to take beverage orders accurately.
• Ability to operate point-of-sale systems.
• Must be at least twenty-one years old to serve alcoholic beverages.
• Previous experience as a server preferred.
• Must successfully complete the Blue Room training course.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers as they are seated and ensure tables are prepared.
• Inform guests of daily specials.
• Takes beverage orders and delivers them to the bar.
• Delivers beverages and garnishments to customers.
• Ensure drinks are prepared correctly and to customer satisfaction.
• Clear glassware and reset tables after guests finish.
• Prepare checks and collect payments.
• Assist with bar tasks and cleaning.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
