Job summary

Prime Group – PMG Asset Services is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our upscale apartment community in Estero, FL. The role involves general maintenance and repairs to ensure timely unit turnover and safety.

You will coordinate with the Business Manager to manage resources, work in a collaborative setting, and meet timelines and budgets while delivering quality service to residents.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of maintenance experience.
• HVAC certification is required.
• Ability to work in a team with a strong work ethic.
• Must be available to perform on-call emergency services when needed.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
• Pre-employment drug screening and background check required.

Responsibilities

• Perform essential maintenance duties including painting, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs.
• Perform daily grounds keeping, pressure cleaning, and cleaning and organizing apartment units when needed.
• Efficiently complete resident service tickets.
• Use good communication, written, computer, and people skills that represent the integrity and philosophy of the Company.
