Job summary
Property Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician for an apartment community in Lady Lake, FL. The role involves hands-on maintenance, repairs, and preventative work to keep units ready for move-ins.

Qualifications
- HVAC certified and able to maintain, repair and replace HVAC systems.
- Experience with electrical fixtures, plumbing, painting, carpentry and masonry work.
- Ability to read manuals and follow safety regulations.
Responsibilities
- Make ready units for new move-ins.
- Perform grounds work including landscaping and cleanup.
- Coordinate with Maintenance Supervisor on projects and work orders.
- Perform minor electrical and plumbing repairs.
- Handle painting, carpentry and masonry tasks as needed.
- Maintain, troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems.
- Schedule and perform preventative maintenance.
- Respond to emergencies after hours as required.
- Work flexible hours and ensure clean, safe work areas.
