Prime Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep an upscale Daytona Beach apartment community in top condition. You will handle general maintenance, repairs, and turnovers to ensure move-in-ready units.

Responsibilities include painting, electrical, plumbing, appliance repairs, groundskeeping, and on-call emergency services when needed. Strong teamwork and clear communication are essential for timely, budget-conscious project completion.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of maintenance experience.
• HVAC certification required.
• Ability to work in a team environment with a strong work ethic.
• Availability to perform on-call emergency services when needed.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks with competing priorities.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electronics, and plumbing; safety practices on site.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
• U.S. work authorization.
• Pre-employment drug screening and background check required.

Responsibilities

• Perform essential maintenance duties including painting, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs.
• Perform daily grounds keeping, pressure washing, and unit cleaning as needed.
• Efficiently complete resident service tickets.
• Communicate effectively in writing and in person, representing company integrity.
