Job summary

ZRS Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Daytona Beach, FL to provide skilled, on-site maintenance and exceptional resident service. You will work with the Maintenance Supervisor to handle repairs, turnover tasks, and safety measures, contributing to a safe, well-maintained property.

The role requires hands-on experience across plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliances, plus a valid driver’s license. On-call hours and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• HVAC certification preferred.
• Must have valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record & proof of automobile insurance.
• Maintenance experience & knowledge in plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliances.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance repairs in plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliances.
• Complete apartment turnover maintenance within 3–5 business days and follow turnover checklist.
• Maintain common areas: cleaning, trash removal, pressure washing, windows.
• Monitor exterior property issues (roof, siding, shutters) and report.
