Job summary

West Shore is seeking a polished Leasing Consultant for a Columbus apartment community. Under the supervision of the Property Manager, you will drive leasing production, meet and tour prospects, respond to inquiries, and close sales with accurate paperwork and timely follow-up.

Qualifications

• Polished, engaging and energetic salespeople with sales/customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Meet, greet & tour leasing prospects.
• Respond quickly to online rental inquiries and follow up with prospects.
• Close leasing deals by asking for the sale and processing paperwork.
• Maintain accurate lead information in Resman and Knock systems.
• Manage waitlist and communicate changes to prospects.
• Prepare and execute lease agreements and move-in paperwork.
• Ensure funds and move-in fees are collected.
• Support customer service efforts at the community.
