Phoenix Contact USA is seeking a Product Marketing Manager I for Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS) to drive growth and market leadership in DIN rail UPS products. You will shape portfolio strategy, manage lifecycle, and lead cross-functional go-to-market initiatives.

The role requires strategic thinking, technical aptitude, and strong collaboration with Sales, Engineering, and Operations to deliver successful product launches and customer-focused solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field required.
• MBA or advanced business-related degree preferred.
• 7-10+ years of progressive experience in Product Marketing/Management or related field, preferably in industrial automation, power electronics, or industrial technology markets.
• Experience managing product portfolios and driving growth through marketing and commercialization initiatives.
• Experience developing launch strategies, go-to-market plans, and portfolio growth initiatives.
• Strong understanding of market analysis, VOC methodologies, competitive intelligence, and product lifecycle management.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute growth strategies for the UPS portfolio to achieve revenue, profitability, market share, and growth objectives.
• Create and maintain portfolio roadmaps aligned with market opportunities and customer needs.
• Lead product lifecycle management activities including new product introductions and end-of-life planning.
• Support pricing strategies through market analysis and competitive benchmarking.
• Lead go-to-market planning and commercialization activities for new UPS products and solutions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Supply Chain to ensure market requirements are reflected in product strategies.
