Job summary

Phoenix Contact USA is seeking a Manager, Product Marketing – Power Reliability to lead a team of product marketing professionals responsible for industrial power supplies, DIN rail UPS systems, energy storage, and protection products.

The role drives portfolio strategy, go-to-market planning, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure market success and sustainable growth in the Power Reliability segment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business, or related field.
• MBA preferred.
• 8-12+ years in Product Marketing, Product Management, Marketing, or Business Development.
• 3-5+ years of people leadership experience.
• Experience with industrial technology products and portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Product Marketing Managers and Senior Product Marketing Managers.
• Establish clear performance expectations, accountability standards, and individual development plans.
• Drive portfolio growth initiatives and improve commercialization effectiveness.
• Align portfolio roadmaps with business objectives, customer needs, and market trends.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Marketing to enable GTM execution.
