Job summary

The ideal candidate will have military or industry experience, strong diagnostic and communication skills, and a commitment to safety and quality in field service operations.

Qualifications

• ASEET or AMEET certification or progress towards, preferred
• 4+ years military experience in a related technical field
• 2+ years of relevant industry experience
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to follow safety and company procedures

Responsibilities

• Perform service tasks as assigned and per company policies.
• Provide on-site and phone support to customers.
• Coordinate with Technical Support on issues.
• Review and follow Field Change Notices and safety guidelines.
• Maintain reports and service documentation to standards.
